Product Introduction
The TY-10 Metallographic Sample Grinding and Polishing Machine is a newly developed unitary disk, single-position machine in our factory. Its body is made of ABS overall injection molding, featuring impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Compared to metal shells, it boasts a more streamlined and aesthetic appearance. The sealed water in and out structure ensures complete separation from circuit boards. The extra-large and extra-deep grinding sample chamber effectively prevents the splashing of cooling water and polishing fluids, making it more convenient to operate when grinding and polishing larger workpieces.
This equipment is suitable for precise grinding and polishing of various materials such as metal, ceramic, rock, and electronic components. It combines rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing functions into one unit, with easy and quick sandpaper change, offering a variety of polishing disks for selection, meeting the grinding and polishing requirements for various experiments.
