Operating Principle
Compressed air is chilled, filtered, and dried before being directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber. This fluidizes the material, causing it to converge at the intersection of multiple nozzle jets, where it undergoes intense collisions, friction, and shearing, resulting in ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported to the classifier area by an ascending air current. Under the force of the classifier wheel's centrifugal force and the fan's suction, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber due to gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the air flow into the cyclone collector. The ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
