Operating Principle
Compressed air is chilled, filtered, and dried before being directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber, causing the material to become fluidized. Accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzles, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then carried by an upward airflow to the impeller classification area. Here, the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the force of the fan separate coarse and fine particles. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber under their own gravity for further crushing, while qualified fine particles are carried by the airflow into a cyclone collector. Ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by an induced draft fan.
