
1) Excellent cleaning quality - The high-pressure water jet cleaning of pipeline and heat exchanger bores can remove all scale and blockages inside the pipes, revealing the metal substrate. The high-pressure water jet, moving at supersonic speed, is fully capable of destroying hard scale and blockages without causing any damage to the metal. Moreover, since the pressure of the high-pressure water is less than the compressive strength grade of metal or reinforced concrete, high-pressure water jet cleaning will not damage the cleaned substrate.

(2) Fast Cleaning Speed: Due to the combined actions of jet washing, chiseling, shearing, and abrasive cutting, scaling can be quickly broken and removed, up to several to ten times faster than traditional chemical methods, sandblasting, simple mechanical, and manual methods. Additionally, components cleaned with high-pressure water jetting do not require secondary cleaning, whereas chemical cleaning requires rinsing the surface with clear water.

It also does not produce a large volume of waste liquid like some chemical cleaning methods, which can contaminate rivers, soil, and water quality. The water jet cleaning with pure water as the medium is odorless and tasteless, and after atomization, it can reduce the dust concentration in the work area, lowering atmospheric dust from 80mg/m³ to below the national standard of 2mg/m³ by other methods. Therefore, it does not cause any pollution.
