Metal or Non-metal Abrasion-Resistant Flooring, also known as Quartz Sand & Metal Alloy Abrasion-Resistant Flooring, mainly used for concrete surfaces requiring abrasion and impact resistance, as well as dust reduction.

Enhance the wear, impact resistance, and strength of concrete surfaces, reduce dusting, improve the density of the concrete surface, and feature water resistance and easy cleaning. Constructed simultaneously with concrete, it shortens the construction period and offers more economic and practical advantages compared to floor coatings.

Construction Process:

One: Substrate Treatment: Ensure the concrete (leveling) layer surface is dense and smooth, without moisture penetration, leaving an indentation of 3-5mm on the surface during initial setting.

Two: Abrasion Treatment: Sprinkle the ground hardening material, wait until it absorbs the concrete moisture and becomes wet, then use a polishing machine to compact and finish it.

Three: Surface Treatment: Apply special maintenance agents using fine mist spray for maintenance; cut expansion joints and fill the gaps with sealant涂料.

Caution: The product must be watered and maintained for one week after completion before use.
