Abrasive-resistant flooring for metals or non-metals, full name Quartz Sand & Metal Alloy Abrasive-Resistant Flooring, mainly used for concrete surfaces requiring abrasion and impact resistance as well as dust reduction.
Product Features:
Enhance the wear, impact resistance, and strength of concrete surfaces, reduce dusting, improve the surface density of concrete, and feature waterproofing and easy cleaning capabilities. Constructed simultaneously with concrete, it shortens the construction cycle and offers more economic and practical advantages compared to ground coating.
Construction Technology:
One: Substrate Treatment: Ensure the concrete (leveling) layer surface is compact and smooth, free of moisture seepage, with finger pressure tests leaving an indentation of 3-5mm during initial setting.
Section 2: Abrasion Treatment: Spread the ground hardening material on the surface, wait until it absorbs the concrete moisture and becomes damp, then use a polishing machine to compact and smooth it.
Surface Treatment: Apply special maintenance agents using fine mist spray for curing; cut expansion joints and fill the gaps with sealant paint.
Caution: Watering and maintenance are required for one week after completion before use.
