Metal or non-metal wear-resistant flooring, full name Quartz Sand & Metal Alloy Wear-Resistant Flooring, mainly used for concrete surfaces requiring wear and impact resistance, as well as dust reduction.
Product Features:
Enhance the wear, impact resistance, and strength of concrete surfaces, reduce dust generation, increase the density of the concrete surface, and feature waterproofing and easy cleaning capabilities. Constructed simultaneously with the concrete, it shortens the construction period, offering more economic and practical advantages compared to floor coatings.
Construction Technique:
One: Substrate Treatment: Ensure the concrete (leveling) layer surface is dense and smooth, free of dampness, and leaves an indentation of 3-5mm during the initial setting stage when pressed with fingers.
Two: Abrasion Treatment: Sprinkle the ground hardening material, wait until it absorbs the concrete moisture and becomes wet, then use a polishing machine to compact and shine it.
Surface Treatment: Apply special care agents using fine mist spray application; cut expansion joints and fill the gaps with sealant paint.
Caution: Watering and maintenance is required for one week after completion before use.
