Epoxy self-leveling is a ground construction technique, utilizing coatings primarily made of epoxy resin and specialized hardeners. Enhanced with various additives, pigments, and fillers, these coatings are produced through precise mixing and processing. They boast excellent chemical properties such as water, oil, and chemical resistance, as well as good adhesion, high mechanical strength, low shrinkage of the film after curing, and the ability to be applied as a thick coating in a single application.
Epoxy Self-Leveling Features:
1. Excellent wear resistance.
2. Excellent crush resistance.
Excellent anti-seepage performance.
4. Corrosion resistance under moderate conditions.
5. Excellent adhesion ensures the coating does not crack or peel off.
6. Smooth and tidy appearance for easy cleaning and maintenance.
7. Lower costs.
Application Scope:
Highly clean, aesthetically pleasing, dust-free, and sterile environments are required for the electronics and microelectronics industry, pharmaceuticals adhering to GMP standards, and blood product industries. Industries demanding wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, shock-resistant, and chemically resistant surfaces may also utilize these for school, office, and residential flooring. Clean, attractive, dust-free, and sterile environments are essential for the electronics industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing under GMP, and blood product sectors, and are also suitable for flooring in schools, offices, and homes.
Construction Process:
1. Polishing & Cleaning
2. Prime with an epoxy resin undercoat.
3. Apply intermediate paint with an epoxy resin mortar scraper.
4. Polishing and cleaning;
5. Apply self-leveling epoxy resin colored paint with a trowel.
