The KT-1ZF Vacuum Sealing Tube Equipment is a self-developed vacuum sealing system by KETE Instruments, featuring simple and quick operation. It utilizes a unique rotating sealing flange, allowing for adjustable and displayable sealing speed of tubes without manual tube rotation, significantly enhancing sealing efficiency. The equipment consists of a high-vacuum rotating sealing system, high-vacuum pipes, inlet, exhaust port, exhaust valve, and glass tube flanges. It is used for daily vacuum sealing of high-purity raw materials in university and research laboratory settings, for factory batch sealing of tubes, quartz glass tube vacuum sealing, borate glass vacuum sealing, and more. The quartz-fused tube opening ensures complete isolation of the sample from external air, effectively protecting air-sensitive samples. After sealing, samples can be sintered or transported over long distances or transferred between glove boxes. The vacuum quartz tube sealing machine offers various models including 1-3 stations and customized options.
