ANDREAS "Andreas" computer vulcanizing machine, featuring the "Andreas" software system PLC touch screen for automatic temperature control. Supports multi-machine automatic "Internet of Things" remote control via mobile APP for vulcanizing belt joints (this feature is available only in high-end customized versions, 2-year warranty, lifetime service!)
The machine is crafted from high-strength, lightweight aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and coated with a multi-color imported nano material, featuring an environmentally friendly corrosion-resistant surface treatment and a special baking process.

The ANDREAS vulcanizing machine is composed of the following parts: machine frame (beam), heating plate, water pressure bag, large bolts, clamping device, integrated electric water tank pressure pump, high-pressure water pipes, computer touch screen control box, power cables, and temperature sensors, among others.
1. This series of vulcanizing machines is lightweight overall, featuring a high-quality lightweight aluminum alloy frame. It has a compact design, making individual parts easy to handle, transport, assemble, and disassemble. The surface of the machine's separate components is smooth with no burrs.
2. Technical Core - Computer Control Box, featuring ANDREAS high-tech precise temperature control technology, stable control of vulcanization temperature and insulation time, with both vulcanization temperature and insulation time adjustable via touch. Insulation time is automatically timed, stopping automatically upon completion with an alert signal. The computer vulcanizer utilizes a human-machine interface, with a two-dimensional animation demonstration of the vulcanization status, real-time monitoring of the belt vulcanization process, and functions including automatic control, automatic protection, and automatic monitoring to precisely complete belt joints.
Its unique temperature control system features a wire break alarm and emergency stop, preventing vulcanization failure and ensuring safe and reliable bonding.
This computer temperature control box is waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, equipped with a protective cover and handle. The rubber feet serve as shock absorption and insulation. The control box features overload, short circuit, and leakage protection functions. It operates using a 24V low-voltage safe circuit, ensuring personal safety.
3. Heating System. The core heating element is designed in parallel, ensuring that the belt joint vulcanization can continue smoothly in case of a local failure, thereby reducing losses.
The vulcanized sheet is flexible upon heating and has excellent heat conductivity. The machine is equipped with a 5mm thick core heating element, with each individual heating strip precisely calculated for different power levels to ensure even heating.
Heating elements must not be designed in series to avoid local short circuits and potential scrapping of joints during the curing process.
Heating is evenly distributed across the upper and lower hot plates on the vulcanization surface. After entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference on the work surface does not exceed ±2°C. The time it takes for the heating plate to rise from room temperature to vulcanization temperature is no more than 30 minutes. The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300°C. The edges of the hot plate are equipped with external temperature detection holes, allowing for temperature checks with a rod thermometer at any time. The heating plate sockets are fitted with COMIX Kaimix high-quality special insulated rubber sheets.
The vulcanizing machine thermal insulation panels are made of imported poplar veneer, a lightweight, cost-effective, and compressible insulating material.
4. ANDREAS vulcanizer cooling method: Forced cooling/natural cooling, cooling time: from vulcanizing surface to ≤60°C, forced cooling time approximately 15 minutes, natural cooling time approximately 280 minutes.
5. ANDREAS computer vulcanizing machine pressure system features a three-in-one integrated assembly, ensuring uniform pressure distribution as it applies pressure.
The pressure system design is simple, with the pressure plate uniformly bearing pressure without any leakage or pressure relief.
ANDREAS computer vulcanizer supply system utilizes a portable integrated water tank electric pressure pump, with the pump motor being made of 100% pure copper wire coils.
6. Mechanisms: The clamping mechanisms, such as screws and nuts, are made of high-strength, lightweight, hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety, while also facilitating disassembly and transport, making them suitable for rapid on-site assembly.
7. Power Interface: All power interfaces use the HL, COMIX dedicated quick-release method. They are equipped with imported HL aviation connectors and feature self-locking devices for safety, speed, and ease of use. The secondary power cables utilize flame-retardant, integrated 5-core COMIX Kangmikecs safety cables, integrating power supply and all signal cables into a single cable line, ensuring insulation, waterproofing, and anti-interference protection. Each set includes one main power cable assembly and two secondary line assemblies.
8. Water Supply Interface: All waterway interfaces are equipped with quick-release copper connectors, which are rust-proof, safe, fast, and easy to use.
9. Hoisting Device: The heating plate is equipped with a convenient hoisting or specialized mechanism for easy handling, featuring a simple structure, reliability, safety, and high strength.
