They are made by using a needle-punched nonwoven process, where polyester short fibers are carded and laid on a fine fiber fabric with interlaced fibers and evenly distributed gaps, and then needle-punched into felt. This filter material has high strength, strong elasticity, stable fabric dimensions, and a large porosity, offering good air permeability, long service life, and effective dust removal. It maintains certain mechanical properties and characteristics at room temperature (below 130℃).
