High-Temperature Dust Bag
P84 dust collector bags are a high-temperature synthetic fiber that is not hydrolysis-resistant. They have a trilobe cross-section. Their excellent particle collection capability, achieved by increasing the surface area of a single fiber, classifies them as non-thermoplastic fibers. Compared to glass fibers, they have stronger resistance to abrasion from pulse cleaning. Under operating conditions that require specific performance, they can replace glass fibers.
The characteristics of P84 dust bags are significantly influenced by the fineness of the fibers themselves. The irregular P84 dust bags, primarily based on actual reports, increase the fiber surface area through the cross-section of the filtering felt fibers, providing numerous small pores that enhance the surface filtration effect over that of size filtration. Dust particles remain only on the surface of the felt and do not penetrate into the P84 dust bag felt, thus resulting in low backwashing pressure and significant cake detachment efficiency. It boasts excellent fine powder collection efficiency with low operating pressure difference. Suitable for coal-fired boilers, liquid bed boilers, waste incineration, asphalt plants, cement factories, and waste incinerators, among others.
