Dust collector bags are made from stable performance needle-punched polyester felt, which is a superior version of the regular needle-punched polyester felt by incorporating static wires. These bags offer excellent dust collection performance and can be paired with various dust collector systems for collecting flour dust, chemical dust, coal dust, and other industrial dusts that pose an explosion risk due to static electricity. The dust collector bags feature three major characteristics:
1. Static characteristics: Strong static, polarity (105-108 per square), low pressure drop, good dust removal rate.
2. Versatile post-processing; includes light polishing, singeing, or Teflon coating, and lamination treatment
3. Special production process: In addition to the conventional needle-punched felt production process, incorporating conductive fibers into the warp in the needle-punched felt base fabric or blending conductive materials like conductive fibers into chemical fibers.
