This product is odorless, with a white, jelly-like consistency in its wet form and a white, powdery texture in its dry form. It features a uniformly distributed pore size, large volume, and excellent water absorption. The radial purity is high, and it has good shaping properties with the characteristic of thixotropic gel. The product disperses well, is easily soluble in strong acid and alkali solutions, and exhibits good shaping properties. After low-temperature roasting and dehydration, it becomes highly active alumina.

Primary Application:

This product is primarily used as a catalyst carrier material for active alumina, such as a raw material for hydrogenation catalysts and as a carrier for manufacturing hydrogenation catalysts and oxygen-chlorine catalyst carriers. It can also serve as a molding binder for molecular sieve and silicate refractory fiber products, such as a binder for semi-synthetic rare earth Y-type molecular sieve cracking catalysts. It is an excellent raw material for various aluminum salts, and after molding processing, can be used as desiccants, adsorbents, and catalyst carriers in different shapes.
