ALUCAT-XR 4 08 Active Alumina Catalyst Carrier is a white molded solid alumina, widely used as a catalyst carrier, accounting for about 70% of industrial supported catalysts. It is produced by using aluminum hydroxide as raw material, adding special ingredients, and going through a quick desorption process. Particle size, specific surface area, bulk density, and crushing strength can be adjusted according to customer requirements. This product is suitable for producing various precious metal catalysts and is widely used in hydrogenation, hydrolysis, low-temperature sulfur resistance shift, and catalysts like palladium and platinum.

Alumina rods, spheres, cylinders, rings, and clover-shaped particles are commonly used as catalyst carriers. Production of carriers in various shapes can be tailored to meet customers' specific technical specifications.
Core Advantages:
High specific surface area: 200-400 m2/g, offering abundant active site loading space.
2. Heat stability: Withstands high temperatures up to 500-1200 degrees.
3. Adjustable pore structure: Controlled pore size (micro-pores, medium-pores, large-pores) and pore volume through manufacturing process.
4. Surface Chemical Activity: Enhanced catalytic activity due to increased surface hydroxyl and acidic sites.
5. Mechanical Strength: Compressive strength ≥ 80N/particle, suitable for fixed bed and fluidized bed reactors.
