Diaphragm pressure filter is an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment that achieves material dehydration through the principle of pressure filtration. Its core structure consists of diaphragm filter plates, frames, and a hydraulic system. During operation, it uses high pressure (such as 12MPa) to squeeze the material between the filter plates, allowing the liquid to pass through the filter cloth and drain out, while the solid is retained to form a filter cake.
Features and Advantages
Precision Filtration: Utilizes activated carbon and other filtration materials to handle slightly corrosive, low-temperature materials (such as lubricating oils) with high filtration accuracy.
2. Full-Automatic Operation: Equipped with PLC control system for automatic clamping, unloading, and cleaning.
3. Energy-saving and Efficient: The diaphragm secondary extrusion technology can reduce the moisture content of the filter cake to below 15%, significantly cutting down on drying costs.
4. Wide Application: Suitable for industries such as oil, water treatment, and dye, with an effective filtration area of up to 250㎡.
Operation Process
1. Feed Stage: Material is pumped into the filter chamber, with a recommended pressure of 0.6-0.8 MPa.
2. Pressing Stage: Diaphragm inflated, secondary pressurization to 1.2-1.5 MPa, for 10-15 minutes.
3. Discharge Phase: Automatically open the filter plate, cake falls off (Note: Perform after shutdown and pressure relief to avoid high-pressure risks).
Caution Notice
Regularly inspect filter cloth for damage to prevent material leakage.
Corrosive materials require the use of PP or rubber diaphragms.
Insulation and frost prevention are necessary in low-temperature winter conditions. We currently have such products in stock, offering fully automatic container diaphragm filter presses for precise filtration and efficient dehydration. Suitable for the oil and water treatment industries, these presses operate at a working pressure of up to 12MPa. Please contact us for a tailored solution.
