Diaphragm pressure filter is an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment that achieves material dehydration through the principle of pressure filtration. Its core structure consists of diaphragm filter plates, a frame, and a hydraulic system. During operation, it uses high pressure (such as 12 MPa) to squeeze the material between the filter plates, allowing the liquid to pass through the filter cloth and drain out, while the solid is retained to form a filter cake.
Features and Advantages:
1. Precision Filtration: Utilizes activated carbon and other filter media to handle mildly corrosive, low-temperature materials (such as lubricating oils) with high filtration accuracy.
2. Fully Automatic Operation: Equipped with PLC control system for automatic clamping, unloading, and cleaning.
3. Energy-saving & Efficient: Diaphragm secondary extrusion technology can reduce the moisture content of filter cake to below 15%, significantly cutting down on drying costs.
4.Wide Application: Suitable for industries such as oil, water treatment, dye, etc., with an effective filtration area of up to 250㎡.
Operation Process
1. Feed Stage: The material is pumped into the filter chamber, with the recommended pressure control at 0.6-0.8 MPa.
2. Pressing Stage: Diaphragm inflation secondary pressurization to 1.2-1.5 MPa, lasting 10-15 minutes.
3. Unloading Stage: Automatically open the filter plate, cake dislodges (Note: Operation requires shutdown and pressure release to avoid high-pressure risks).
Important Notes:
Regularly inspect filter cloth for damage to prevent material leakage.
Corrosive materials require the use of PP or rubber diaphragms.
Insulation and frost prevention are necessary in low-temperature winter conditions. We currently have such products in stock, offering fully automatic box-type diaphragm filter presses for precise filtration and efficient dehydration. Suitable for the oil and water treatment industries, they operate at a working pressure of up to 12MPa. Please contact us for a tailored solution.
