Diaphragm filter presses are high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment that achieve material dehydration through the principle of pressure filtration. Their core structure consists of diaphragm filter plates, frames, and hydraulic systems. During operation, high pressure (such as 12 MPa) is applied to squeeze the material between the filter plates, allowing the liquid to pass through the filter cloth and exit, while the solid is retained to form a filter cake.

Operation Process
1. Feed Stage: Material is pumped into the filter chamber, with a recommended pressure control of 0.6-0.8 MPa.
2. Pressing Stage: Diaphragm inflated secondary pressure to 1.2-1.5 MPa, lasting 10-15 minutes.
3. Discharge Stage: Automatically open the filter plate, cake falls off (Note: Operation must be done after the machine is stopped and pressure is released to avoid high-pressure risks).

Regularly inspect filter cloth for damage to prevent material leakage.
Corrosive materials require the use of PP or rubber diaphragms.
