Press filter filter cloth is the core filtering component of the press filter, mainly used as a filtering medium in the solid-liquid separation process. It separates solid particles from liquids through physical interception and adsorption. Press filter filter cloth can be categorized by material into polyester, polypropylene, nylon, and so on, and by weaving method into monofilament, multifilament, and double-layer weaving, etc. Its characteristics include high filtration accuracy, good breathability, acid and alkali resistance, and high tensile strength. It is widely used in applications such as water treatment, chemical industry, food processing, and mining.

During use, pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the filter cloth, regularly check for wear and tear, and avoid affecting the filtration effect due to filter cloth damage.

Operation steps include:

Ensure the filter cloth is installed flat with no wrinkles.

2. Check the filter cloth tension before operation, recommended to be controlled between 0.5-0.7 MPa.
