Filter cloth for pressure filter is the core filtering component of the pressure filter, mainly used as the filtering medium in the solid-liquid separation process. It separates solid particles from the liquid through physical interception and adsorption. Pressure filter filter cloth can be categorized by material into polyester, polypropylene, nylon, etc., and by weaving method into single filament, multifilament, and double-layer weaving, etc. Its characteristics include high filtration accuracy, good breathability, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and high tensile strength. It is widely used in applications such as water treatment, chemical industry, food processing, and mining.

During use, pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the filter cloth, regularly inspect the wear of the filter cloth to prevent damage from affecting filtration efficiency.

Operation steps include:

Ensure the filter cloth is flat and free of wrinkles during installation.

2. Check the filter cloth tension before operation, recommended to be controlled between 0.5-0.7 MPa.
