This instrument employs the internationally popular heat flux meter method for measuring thermal conductivity, equipped with a computer for fully automatic detection, and is an original product of our company.DRPL-2Enhanced design with added automatic pressure and thickness measurement functions, capable of testing under various pressure conditions, and minimizing the error of manual measurement. It is suitable for testing the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of various common materials. This instrument is based on the steady-state flat plate testing principle, with a stable temperature added to the hot surface. Heat is transferred through the sample to the cold surface, and the heat flux is measured. The thermal conductivity and thermal resistance can then be calculated based on the sample thickness and heat transfer area. This testing method is simple, fast, and has good reproducibility. It is highly suitable for research and development in material heat transfer. It can be used for testing materials like nylon, plastic, silicone rubber, graphite, and insulating materials, and is widely applied in colleges and universities, research institutions, quality inspection, and factories.
