Xiangke ZRPY Series Coefficient of Thermal Expansion Meters, High-Temperature Horizontal Expansion Meters, Linear Expansion Meters
This instrument is used to measure the expansion and contraction properties of metal materials, ceramics, glass, glazes, refractory materials, and other non-metallic materials during the heating and firing process at high temperatures.
Instrument reference standards: GB/T3810.8-2016 and ISO 10545.8-2014 for the determination of linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, GB/T16920-2015 for the determination of average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, GB/T3074.4-2016 for the determination of thermal expansion coefficient of graphite electrodes, GB/T 7320-2018 "Thermal Expansion Test Method for Refractory Products," and GB/T4339-2008 "Determination of Characteristic Parameters of Thermal Expansion of Metallic Materials."
Available with optional inert gas protection or vacuuming (optional equipment, additional cost applies).
Main Technical Parameters:
1. Temperature range: Available in specifications such as room temperature to 1000°C, 1400°C, 1600°C, 1700°C, etc.
2. Temperature rise adjustable from 0 to 20 degrees per minute, controlled by a microcomputer program with ±1℃ temperature accuracy.
3. Measurement of deformation range: ±1.5mm.
4. Displacement sensor sensitivity: 0.1um, automatic range calibration.
5. Automatically calculates expansion coefficient, volume expansion, and linear expansion.
6. Automatically record, store, and print data, and print the temperature-expansion coefficient curve.
Temperature spacing can be freely set, with a minimum of 1°C.
7. Automatically calculates and compensates for compensation coefficients, with the option for manual adjustments.
8. Sample Sizes: Ø(5-10)×50mm, (5-10)×(5-10)×50mm, square or round samples are both acceptable.
9. Utilizes linear bearing transmission for frictionless transfer of expansion values, ensuring high transmission accuracy and repeatability.

The ZRPY intelligent expansion gauge is connected with a computer for automatic temperature control, recording, storage, and printing of data, and printing temperature-expansion coefficient curves. All test operations are completed via the computer interface, offering easy operation and learning, and providing a full set of software.
