Sample Requirements for Applying for the Explosion-Proof CCC Certification:
The sample machine submitted by the company must match the approved drawings and be fully assembled; the number of inspections should meet the requirements.
If special disassembly tools are required, they should be sent along with it.
For potting type electrical equipment, a set of products with and without potting should be sent separately.
The transparent pieces for the observation window should be sent separately with at least 3, but no more than 5.
The transparent parts of the lighting fixtures should be separately sent in 8 pieces, with at least 5 pieces.
Rubber aging tests should provide 3 to 5 pieces of 35156 rubber blocks.
Two plastic sheets with a diameter of 15060 mm must be provided for the insulation resistance test of the plastic housing. If the size permits, the test can be conducted directly on the plastic housing.
Generally, 1-2 finished products need to be provided.
