The incubator is surrounded by no intense vibrations or corrosive gases.
The incubator should be shielded from direct sunlight or any other heat/cold sources.
Usage Instructions:
Connect the power supply to the instrument as specified and ensure the grounding terminal of the power supply socket is reliably grounded.
2 Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light illuminates, and the temperature controller begins to display the indoor temperature.
Set temperature according to the needs of the culture, and after achieving the set temperature, it will automatically maintain it.
Important Notes and Routine Maintenance:
Firstly, ensure proper grounding of the equipment, using a wire twice as thick as the power cable for grounding.
2. Samples should not be placed at the bottom of the studio, and the samples on the shelves should not be too crowded to avoid affecting the air circulation inside the box.
3. When resuming use after long-term storage, the equipment should be started for 6-8 hours without load to clear any potential issues that may have occurred during transportation or storage, before normal operation to avoid unnecessary losses.
4. The biohazard box must be placed in a location that is shaded, well-ventilated, and dry.
5. Do not use acids, alkalis, or other corrosive substances to clean the inner and outer surfaces. Use a neutral detergent for regular cleaning and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
6. When replacing a fuse, replace it with a fuse of the same current rating and size as indicated by the fuse markings.
7. When the biohazard box is not in use, the power should be disconnected and the box should be kept clean and dry.
