Product Introduction

The DY-GT1 Steel Ruler Calibration Device (for calibrating 1-meter steel rulers) is designed and developed based on the current JJG1-1999 Steel Ruler Calibration Specification. This calibration device is used for calibrating steel rulers; it is a marked metal ruler equipped with a magnifying reader and a thermometer. It is commonly used in surveying operations to check distances between map contours, control points, and coordinate network points. It is specified in national level measurement regulations as a standard ruler for calibrating leveling staffs. It is also widely used by other professional departments for measuring and metering straight-line distances and markings.

The Steel Straight Rule Calibration Device, as a high-tech and innovative new product of the 21st century with independent intellectual property rights in China, integrates modern technology and fully automated production process technology. It employs laser engraving for the scratch lines, selected readings, and graphics. The product boasts high precision, stability, and clarity, with consistent line widths and spacing. The deviation follows a linear regular curve with no sudden jumps or accidental error values in peak and valley. The scratch lines are perpendicular to the standard, the ruler body has good stiffness, low deformation rate, and excellent flatness. The precision indicators are significantly higher than the JJG71-2005 standard promulgated in 2005, reaching the world's advanced level.

Main Features

1. The刻线surface of the third-grade line scale must be free of scratches, dents, and rust. The lines should be even, perpendicular to the scale edge, and extend to the edge, without any broken or double lines.

2. Under calibration, the entire scale should be clearly visible under a reading microscope.

3. The scale numbers on the third-grade line ruler should be moderately sized, without affecting the etching lines, and consistent from front to back.

4. All accessories for the third-grade wavy ruler (thermometer, magnifying glass) should be complete. The magnifying glass should produce a clear image and slide smoothly on the track.

5. The first three grades of thread gauges to be inspected should meet the aforementioned requirements, while subsequent inspections and use may allow for minor visual defects that do not affect measurement performance.

6. Identification for newly manufactured third-grade embossed rulers: The material, manufacturer, or factory mark, and production number should be marked on the back flange of the ruler; the name of the measuring instrument and manufacturing information should be indicated on the ruler case.

7. Two user manuals, one product certificate of conformity, one packing list, and each part with a certification of inspection.
