Basic Structure: The聚合釜 consists of components such as a stirrer, reaction vessel and transmission system, safety devices, cooling equipment, and heating furnace.
Operating Principle:
One, the vessel body and cover are machined from a specific grade of stainless steel. The vessel body is connected to the threaded flange, and the cover is a flat plate. Both parts are securely fastened together by nuts distributed circumferentially and main bolts.
The main seal of the agglomeration reactor is magnetic, which can achieve an excellent sealing effect.
Three, couplings and agitators are driven by the motor through couplings. The variable frequency inverter controls the motor speed, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the agitator speed.
Four, the kettle lid is equipped with a pressure gauge, a safety blowout device, a steam-liquid outlet, and a temperature sensor, facilitating real-time monitoring of the reaction inside the kettle, adjusting the medium ratio within, and ensuring the safe operation of the reaction kettle.
Five, bearings are made of stainless steel or high-strength electrographite, offering wear resistance and long maintenance cycles.
Six, a cooling water jacket is installed between the magnetic coupling and the kettle cover. Cooling water should be circulated when the operating temperature is high, as well as to prevent demagnetization due to excessive magnetic steel temperature.
