Product Description
The refrigeration constant-temperature bath is primarily composed of the refrigeration system, heating system, temperature control system, and agitation system. The tank is divided into a mixing zone and a working area. In the mixing zone, the cooling produced by the refrigeration system is transferred through the evaporator to lower the temperature of the liquid (medium) inside the tank. The temperature control system then adjusts the heater based on the temperature readings from the sensors. After being vigorously mixed and evenly distributed by the agitation system, the liquid (medium) is sent to the working area, which is minimally affected by external disturbances. This results in a liquid space with stable temperature and uniform temperature field.
Product Features
The DY-RTS40 Refrigerating Constant-Temperature Bath (-40℃/-30℃ to 105℃) is a high-precision automatic temperature checking equipment with excellent temperature control accuracy, uniform temperature field, good stability, and easy operation. It features a fully enclosed refrigeration system with a compressor, and both the outer shell and inner tank are made of full stainless steel. The product is used by metrological departments as first and second-class standard thermometers, as well as Beckman thermometers. It is also suitable for industrial platinum resistance thermometers and standard copper-constantan thermocouples for calibration. Additionally, it can serve as a high-precision heat and cold source for production and scientific research. The refrigerating constant-temperature bath is a high-precision automatic digital temperature checking device with good temperature stability, uniform temperature field, and high temperature control accuracy. The refrigeration system employs a fully enclosed refrigeration unit, characterized by low noise, high reliability, and long lifespan. The digital temperature controller achieves automatic temperature control according to the PID regulation, featuring a compact structure, easy operation, and direct reading of the bath temperature. It is applicable for physical parameter detection in various metrological, biochemical, petroleum, meteorological, energy, environmental protection, and pharmaceutical departments, as well as for manufacturers of thermometers and temperature controllers. It can also provide a constant temperature source for other experimental research work.
