Overview
The YH3800 rubber carbon black dispersibility tester is an instrument developed by Shanghai Yanjin Science & Instrument Co., Ltd. in accordance with the international standard GBT6030-2006 for detecting carbon black dispersion in rubber. This device is compatible with software and stereoscopic microscopes based on the YH3800, enabling the measurement of the size, shape, and distribution of carbon black agglomerates and particles.

1. Nikon stereoscopic microscopes with domestic or imported models, featuring 3.0 or 5.0 megapixel CCD microscopes with high-definition cameras.
2. Equipped with a micrometer scale for convenient and efficient pixel size calibration.
3. Click on the particle image to display its morphological parameters.
4. The software supports splitting selected carbon black particles, facilitating the division of two connected carbon black particles or clusters.
5. Software supports the deletion of interfering particles.
6. Utilizes a USB data interface for enhanced compatibility with computers. The instrument can be used with any computer equipped with a USB port, independent of the computer.
7. Supports export of single particle image.
8. Software is compatible with various operating systems, such as XP, WIN7, WIN8, and WIN10.
