Overview
Thermogravimetric analysis (TG, TGA) is a technique that observes the continuous changes in weight or weight percentage of a test sample as it heats up, maintains a constant temperature, or cools down. Its purpose is to study the thermal stability and composition of materials. It is widely used in the research and development, process optimization, and quality control of various fields, including plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metals, and composites. This instrument employs a microbalance with a sensitivity of one part per million, Curie point temperature calibration, a gas mass flow meter, perfect sealing to ensure consistent intake and exhaust, and is convenient for users to collect data.
Technical Features
1. Utilizing a high-precision electromagnetic torque balance with one-millionth accuracy, offering excellent stability and repeatability.
2. Employed in a sub-pan balance mode, capable of measuring Curie point temperature.
3. Utilizing a torque and zero return balance with no blade support, displacement sensors are equipped with photoelectric components.
4. Torque output units utilize electromagnetic torque converters.
5. To minimize baseline zero drift and temperature drift, a temperature compensation device is adopted.
6. Industrial-grade wide-screen touch structure with rich display information, including set temperature, sample temperature, oxygen flow, nitrogen flow, differential heat signal, and various switch states.
7. USB communication interface, with strong versatility, reliable signals without interruption, and supports self-recovery connection function.
8. The furnace body features a compact structure with adjustable heating and cooling rates.
9. The digital gas mass flow meter automatically switches between two gas flow paths, with fast switching speed and short stabilization time.
10. Standard set of samples included for customer convenience in adjusting temperature coefficients.
11. Software is adaptable to various resolutions on computer screens; supports laptops, desktops, and is compatible with operating systems such as WIN2000, XP, WIN7, WIN8, and WIN10.
12. Support user-programmable software programs for full automation of measurement steps. The software offers dozens of commands, allowing users to flexibly combine various commands according to their measurement steps and save them. Complex operations are simplified into one-click operations.
