Product Introduction
The DY-RG Heat Pipe Constant Temperature Bath is a new product developed and manufactured by our company, utilizing the principle of isothermal technology from heat pipe technology. It employs a circulating liquid to broaden the isothermal area, with a digital temperature controller achieving automatic temperature control according to PID regulation, featuring a compact structure, easy operation, and improved temperature control accuracy, with a direct reading of the bath temperature. It greatly facilitates users. Suitable for various levels of metrological departments, biochemical, petrochemical, meteorological, energy, environmental protection, and medical departments for physical parameter testing, and can provide a constant temperature source of 0℃ to 550℃. It can be used for verifying and calibrating second-class standard thermometers, working platinum and copper resistance thermometers, low-temperature thermocouples, bimetallic thermometers, and various thermometers or sensors used in petrochemical and power industries.
What are the main characteristics of heat pipes?
Steam carrying heat in a heat pipe flows rapidly (typically, a heat pipe is a thermal superconductor).
Ø Heat pipes transfer thermal energy by utilizing latent heat changes, boasting a high thermal conductivity. They can automatically transfer a large amount of heat under very small temperature differences, with their thermal conduction capacity far exceeding any known metal (several orders of magnitude higher than that of metals of the same geometric dimensions). Consequently, heat pipes have an extremely low thermal resistance and are commonly referred to as "thermoelectric superconductors."
Ø By utilizing the heat diffusion caused by steam flow, even temperature distribution can be achieved. During the transfer of a large amount of thermal energy, the heat pipe generates a minimal temperature difference between the heating and condensing sections, thus exhibiting excellent uniform temperature characteristics. It is precisely this feature of the heat pipe (uniform temperature property) that allows for the creation of temperature control devices with a highly uniform temperature field.
