DY-BO Zero-Point恒温器/Zero Degree恒温器/Ice Point Thermostat (Thermocouple Reference Compensation), no need for ice-making, crushing ice, semiconductor refrigeration, is an updated replacement product for the traditional ice-water mixture "Zero Point." The semiconductor zero-degree thermostat employs advanced semiconductor refrigeration technology to provide a stable and accurate 0°C temperature for the thermocouple reference end, replacing the traditional method of using an ice-water mixture to maintain a constant 0°C temperature for the thermocouple reference end and using sensors for room temperature compensation.
The semiconductor zero-degree thermostat features stable operating temperature, high accuracy, uniform temperature field, compact size, and ease of use. It overcomes the disadvantages of traditional calibration methods, such as long calibration times requiring pumping water and adding ice, water contamination causing ice point deviation, and temperature fluctuations and compensation lag in room temperature compensation. It is widely used in the related detection of various thermocouples/resistors at 0°C and cold junction compensation for secondary thermocouple instruments.
