Product Introduction
The DY-THL1000 Thermocouple Cleaning and Annealing Device is designed in accordance with the "JJG75-1995 Standard Platinum Rhodium 10-Platinum Thermocouple Verification Procedure," "JJG167-1995 Standard Platinum Rhodium 30-Platinum Rhodium 6 Thermocouple Verification Procedure," "JJG141-2013 Verification Procedure for Working贵金属 Thermocouples," and "JJG668-1997 Verification Procedure for Short-Type Working (Platinum Rhodium 10-Platinum, Platinum Rhodium 13-Platinum) Thermocouples." It is used for the electrical cleaning and annealing of standard and working贵金属 thermocouples prior to verification. The thermocouple wire is hung on a dedicated clamp, and after applying power, the working current is adjusted and the cleaning and annealing are performed for the time specified by the verification procedure.

The current adjustment knob is located on the front panel and features a multi-turn potentiometer design, ensuring intuitive and accurate current adjustment.
The annealing circuit is equipped with a high-precision timer relay. The annealing time can be set according to specifications or arbitrarily set within 0-999 minutes. It will automatically countdown to the set time, then automatically cut off the annealing current circuit. The minimum setting time adjustment accuracy is 1 minute (power off immediately when time stops).
The complete set is equipped with leakage protection and circuit open/short circuit protection functions.
The overall structure features a user-friendly design, simplifying the annealing process and post-annealing handling.
