Product Description
The DY-01 Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) Automatic Calibration System (-80℃ to 300℃) is a measurement and control system centered around a computer, equipped with an imported high-precision six-and-a-half-digit digital multimeter, a low-voltage scanning switch, and a main control box. Operators can conveniently perform the entire process using a mouse under the Chinese Windows XP operating system. The microcomputer system displays the temperature control curves, temperature values, and calibration time, among other parameters, in real-time. The system processes data in accordance with the current national metrological calibration regulations and can print various record tables and calibration certificates, as well as retain original records for future reference. The system fully automates the calibration process of both low-temperature thermocouples and RTDs, including automatic temperature control, automatic calibration, automatic data processing, and automatic printing of calibration results. This significantly reduces the operator's workload and enhances the quality of the calibration work. The device also provides certification procedures and data file management programs for the system, facilitating operators in certifying the system and archiving, retrieving, and querying calibration results.
Key Features
Advanced operation method
Programmed using Windows software, operates entirely under the Windows XP operating platform. Fully compliant with Windows environment operation habits, featuring a windowed interface, dropdown menus, selecting input parameters and performing process operations with the mouse. It is powerful, user-friendly, flexible, and quick.
High level of automation
The process continuously automatically controls the temperature, performs automatic calibration, handles data processing automatically, and prints various calibration records and certificates.
3. High precision, high resolution
We use advanced six-and-a-half or seven-and-a-half digit high-precision imported digital multimeters. Accuracy reaches 0.005%, with resolution of 0.01μV and 0.01mΩ. During the testing process, the sampled data is further processed with digital filtering and outlier removal.
4. Intuitive Display
During the calibration process, the display in real-time shows the temperature change curves of the oil tank and water tank, as well as the temperatures of the oil tank, water tank, calibration point, calibration progress, cold end temperature, and calibration time.
5. Comprehensive features, flexible configuration
We can calibrate thermistors with various graduation numbers.
Can calibrate two-wire (four-wire) and three-wire thermistors
- Multiple batches of thermistors can be tested at the same temperature point. The 0℃ and 100℃ points can be tested separately at different times. The program automatically compiles and integrates the reports, better aligning with the actual conditions of thermistor calibration, and effectively improving work efficiency.
We offer various cold-end compensation methods: featuring zero-point compensation, input room temperature compensation, and automatic cold-end tracking compensation for the operator to choose from.
The compensation wire can be adjusted to ensure more accurate calibration results.
Can be set at any temperature point: Resistance temperature detectors can be set at any interval of 10°C between 50°C and 300°C.
可以在油槽中检定工作用低温热电偶(50℃-300℃)
Manual/automatic switching function available, providing operational means for special conditions
The master box features four buttons for operation, making it more convenient and accurate.
6. High temperature control accuracy, short calibration time
Utilizing multiple optimized direct digital control algorithms, and offering a selection of temperature control parameters for various objects. Ensuring the temperature change rate during calibration is less than 0.04℃/10min in the oil bath. The thermocouple calibration time at each testing point is generally around 30 minutes; while the thermistor takes about 60 minutes.
7. High standardization, standardized reporting
The process of thermocouple calibration, data processing, calibration records, and calibration certificates fully comply with the national metrological calibration regulations JJG-351-96, JJG-229-98, and the 90 Scale Implementation Manual.
8. Data Management Function
The system is equipped with a data file management function, allowing for storage, archiving, retrieval, and querying of calibration reports. Operators can access or print any calibration record report or certificate at any time. The device handles the preview and printing of reports within the "Excel" spreadsheet under "Office2003." Due to the powerful features and convenient, flexible operation of "Excel," the preview and printing of reports become more intuitive.
9. Comprehensive Protection Measures
Equipped with a system self-check program, capable of performing self-checks on digital meters, main control boxes, special interface cards, and wiring connections. In cases of over-temperature, broken transformer coupling, or transformer coupling short circuit, the system will automatically shut down the power output, disconnect the heating current, and trigger an alarm. In the event of a main control box or microcomputer crash, the system will also automatically shut down the power output and disconnect the heating current.
10. Reasonable hardware design, advanced manufacturing process
Key components undergo rigorous aging and testing before shipment. The power controller offers three-way power output, conveniently allowing operators to switch between different temperature control objects. The main control box is equipped with a CPU featuring automatic protection, thereby enhancing the system's safety and reliability.
