Product Description
A high-precision constant-temperature salt bath is a high-precision temperature calibration device featuring good temperature stability, uniform temperature field, and high temperature control accuracy. The digital temperature controller achieves automatic temperature control according to the PID regulation, offering a compact structure, easy operation, and direct temperature readings. It is suitable for various departments such as metrology, biochemistry, petrology, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, and medicine, as well as manufacturers of thermometers and temperature controllers, for physical parameter detection. It also provides a constant-temperature source for other experimental research activities.
Product Structure
The product utilizes advanced automatic control systems with user-friendly interfaces and easy operation, ensuring high control accuracy. It is primarily composed of a heating system, temperature control system, and mixing system. The tank is divided into a mixing zone and a working zone. In the mixing zone, the heat generated by the heater melts the solid salt (medium) inside the tank, turning it into a liquid when the temperature of the salt liquid approaches the set temperature. The temperature control system then adjusts the heater based on the temperature readings from the sensors. After being vigorously mixed by the mixing system, the uniformly mixed salt liquid (medium) is transferred to the working zone, which is less affected by external interference. This results in a liquid space with stable temperature and uniform thermal field.
After calibration is complete, the brine begins to cool until it solidifies into a single, solid salt mass. Upon the next calibration, the solid salt melts again until it returns to a completely liquid state.
