Product Description
With technological advancements, contact surface thermometers are widely used in aerospace, energy, mechanical and electrical, chemical, textile, and electric power fields, thereby increasing the demand for calibration and measurement of surface thermometers. Surface temperature calibration systems are primarily used for calibrating various sizes and types of surface sensors, such as thermistors, film-type sensors, surface resistance thermometers, strip sensors, and surface thermocouples. This product consists of a controller and a heater, offering simple operation, intuitive display, and quick heating with a simple temperature setting. It features rapid temperature rise and accurate multi-stage PID temperature control. The effective usage range reaches up to 100mm in diameter.
The DY-BM01 Surface Temperature Gauge Calibration Furnace is a new type of temperature calibration equipment developed and manufactured by Taiande America Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. This equipment, tailored to actual needs, can reach temperatures of up to 400°C, primarily used for calibrating various types and sizes of surface sensors, such as thermistors, thin-film sensors, surface resistance thermometers, strip temperature sensors, and surface thermocouples. This calibration instrument has rapid heating and cooling capabilities, allowing it to reach 400°C from room temperature within 40 minutes.
Product Features
Accuracy: ±0.5℃@300℃, ±1℃@400℃
Rapid heating: from room temperature to 400℃ in just 25 minutes
High Stability: ±0.2℃ at 200℃, ±0.3℃ at 300℃, ±0.4℃ at 400℃
Multiple Temperature Control: Equipped with multiple PID controllers, it enables segmented temperature control with minimal overshoot and undershoot, rapid heating, and minimal temperature fluctuation.
Side features a standard probe socket, allowing the probe to be inserted directly below the center of the measuring surface, enhancing calibration accuracy.
Supports RS232 communication, compatible with communication software
Good temperature uniformity and surface finish on the calibration plane
Surface sensors are often difficult to calibrate due to the challenge of finding a flat, uniform surface temperature source. The surface temperature calibration system uses special alloy materials as the surface, with high luster, ensuring good contact between the sensor to be calibrated and the surface temperature calibrator, thereby reducing calibration uncertainty. Special heating materials and a constant-temperature structure are adopted to make the surface temperature more uniform.
Compact and easy to use, the entire unit is small and portable, ideal for use in laboratories or on-site.
