Product Introduction
DY-01 Thermocouple/Temperature Resistor Automatic Calibration System is a measurement and control system centered around a computer, equipped with an imported high-precision six-and-a-half-digit digital multimeter, a low-voltage scanning switch, and a main control box. Operators can conveniently perform the entire process using a mouse under the Chinese Windows XP/WIN7 operating system. The microcomputer system displays in real-time the temperature control curve, temperature values, and calibration time parameters of the calibration furnace (or oil tank, low-temperature tank, etc.). The system processes data in accordance with the current national metrological calibration regulations and can print various record forms and calibration certificates, as well as retain original records for future reference. The system fully automates the entire thermocouple and temperature resistor calibration process, including automatic temperature control, automatic calibration, automatic data processing, and automatic printing of calibration results. This significantly reduces the operator's labor intensity and improves the quality of the calibration work. The device also provides the certification program for the system and the data file management program, facilitating the operator's certification of the system and the archiving, retrieval, and inquiry of calibration results.

【Solution Discussion】
The equipment system utilizes integrated control, implemented by an intelligent temperature controller, to regulate the temperature of temperature-controlled devices (calibration furnaces, temperature baths). The electrical signals from the temperature sensors (resistances) of the calibration furnace (oil, water bath) are converted into digital quantities by a high-precision 7 1/2-digit multimeter and transmitted to the computer via the serial communication port. The computer monitors the temperature field of the temperature-controlled devices based on internal system protocols and calculates programs, ensuring that the controlled objects (calibration furnace or oil bath) are heated or cooled as required. Upon meeting the specified requirements, the signals of the tested sensors (resistances) are collected by switching through an intelligent multi-channel scanner, providing calibration results, which are simultaneously entered into the database for inquiry and statistics. During the calibration process, the computer should display various parameters in real-time. After completion of the calibration, various reports can be printed out via the printer.
Main Configuration
The DY-01 Intelligent Temperature Instrument Calibration System consists of the main control box, an imported 6 1/2-digit multimeter, a microcomputer system, calibration furnace, water tank, oil tank, thermal metrology management software, measurement wires, and communication wires, among other components.
1. Master Chassis: The master chassis is composed of sub-systems such as a low-voltage scanner/controller and a temperature controller. It features a low-voltage silver-plated scanner switch imported from Japan, which has minimal parasitic voltage and is stable; German-imported thyristors are used with phase-shifting triggering, ensuring stable temperature control and strong anti-interference capabilities; Swiss-imported connectors are used for the data cable and instrument connection, with gold-plated contact surfaces for minimal contact potential and reliable connections, quicker and more convenient than traditional terminal blocks; custom dual-shielded cables are used for stable and reliable data transmission with strong anti-interference properties.
2. Digital Meters: Standard electrical measuring instruments in this system, utilizing a U.S.-imported 6.5-digit multimeter, model KEITHLEY 2000. High precision and reliable stability.
3. Furnace Calibration: Temperature Range: 300℃~1200℃; Uniformity Length of Temperature Field: ≥40mm (or 60mm); Temperature Field Deviation: ≤0.8℃; Temperature Field Index: Deviation from temperature field geometry not exceeding 10mm; Temperature Gradient: Within ±20mm, the temperature gradient does not exceed 0.4℃/cm.
4. Oil Tank: Temperature Range: Room temperature +20℃ to 300℃; Horizontal temperature field difference: ≤±0.01℃; Vertical temperature field difference: ≤±0.02℃.
5. Sink: Temperature range: Room temperature +10℃ to 95℃; Horizontal temperature field ≤0.01℃; Vertical temperature field ≤0.01℃.
