NZD High Pressure Homogenizer Working Principle:
Each high-pressure homogenizer features a series of reciprocating plungers. Material is forced into a valve group with adjustable pressure under the action of the plungers, passing through a specific-width throttle (working area) where it is instantaneously depressurized and ejected at a high velocity (1000-1500 m/s). It collides with an impact ring in the valve component, producing three effects: cavitation, impact, and shearing effects. After being processed through these three effects, the particle size of the material can be uniformly reduced to below 100 nm with a crushing rate greater than 95%!
NZD High Pressure Homogenizer Application Features:
E. coli, Yeast, Mold, Animal Cells:
Biotechnology, biochemical engineering, enzyme engineering, pharmaceuticals in genetic engineering, human vaccines, veterinary vaccines, etc.
Pressure up to 1500bar, equipped with both in-line and external coolers for direct cooling of homogenization points. Features a variable frequency controller for flow adjustment from 15-40L as required.
This product has low material loss during operation, effectively reducing costs and is suitable for drug research and development.
