Flow Control: By initiating at a low speed, it reduces the impact on the equipment during startup, thereby avoiding excessive startup force that could lead to the breakage of the homogenizing valve.

Automatic Material Cut-off Protection: Sensors are installed at the material inlet to automatically disconnect the homogenization pressure when no material enters or the feeding pressure is too high. High-flow equipment has very strict requirements for feeding. Unstable feeding can often lead to severe equipment malfunctions.

Temperature Control: The homogenization module features temperature-controlled piping, allowing customers to adjust the temperature to meet their requirements.
