Product Introduction:
Synthetic mica, also known as fluoro-phlogopite, is produced by melting chemical raw materials at high temperatures, cooling, and crystallizing. Its crystal formula is KMg3(AlSi3O10)F2, belonging to the monoclinic crystal system and being a typical layered silicate. It outperforms natural mica in many aspects, such as withstanding temperatures up to 1200°C, having a volume resistivity 1000 times higher than natural mica under high temperatures, excellent electrical insulation, extremely low vacuum outgassing at high temperatures, and features like resistance to acids and alkalis, transparency, being separable, and elasticity. It is a crucial non-metallic insulating material for modern industries and high technologies, including electrical motors, appliances, electronics, aviation, and more. In the synthetic mica crystals obtained through the internal heating method, over 95% are small crystals, or synthetic mica fragments, which can be used to manufacture various insulating products like synthetic mica paper, laminates, fluoro-phlogopite powder, mica pearlescent pigments, and mica ceramics. Our factory mainly produces synthetic mica fragments in sizes of 20 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 100 mesh, 200 mesh, 300 mesh, 400 mesh, and 600 mesh.
