Performance and Features

FAG470 is an efficient and stable silicone defoaming emulsion produced with the complete set of equipment, raw materials, and formulas imported from the United Carbon Company (UCC). Its quality is comparable to the imported SAG470 and ranks at the leading level domestically. It is widely used in the defoaming and anti-foaming processes of textile dyeing, medical, pesticide, wastewater treatment, and chemical industries. In the field of knitted dyeing, it has the same defoaming performance as the US DC544, yet its price is only 1/5 to 1/6 of DC544, offering significant economic benefits.

1. Defoaming: Once the foam forms, add FAG470 and stir; the foam will dissipate immediately.

2. Anti-foaming: Add FAG470 before the foam forms to prevent foaming.

3. Dosage: 5-100 ppm.

4. Usage: FAG470 can be directly added according to dosage, or diluted with water before use, then add water.

5. Operating Temperature: ≤100℃

Packaging and Storage

20Kg and 50Kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 6 months.
