Performance & Applications

1. Widely used in the dyeing and printing industry, serving as a leveling agent for direct,还原, acid, dispersible, and cationic dyes. It can also act as a dispersant and desizing agent. Typically used at a concentration of 0.2~1g/L, it yields remarkable results, enhancing color fastness and providing bright, even coloring. It also removes dirt that accumulates on fabrics from dye dispersion, boosts the cleaning power of ABS-Na synthetic detergents, and reduces the fabric's static effect.

2. As a cleaner in metal processing, it is particularly effective in removing surface oil stains, facilitating subsequent工序 processing. It can also act as a solvent enhancer (brightener).

3. As an emulsifier in the glass fiber industry, it produces a fine and uniform lubricating oil emulsion, reducing the breakage rate of glass fibers, and eliminating the fluffing phenomenon.

4. In general industry, serves as an o/w emulsifier with excellent emulsifying properties for animal, plant, and mineral oils, forming highly stable emulsions. For example, it is used as a component in the spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; as an emulsifier in latex and oil drilling fluids; this product has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, mineral oil, etc.; and it acts as an emulsifier in the polymerization of high molecular weight emulsions.

5. In agriculture, used as an infiltration agent for seed soaking to enhance the penetration ability of pesticides and improve seed germination rate.
