【Performance and Features】

This product has affinity for dyes and fibers, suitable for dyeing wool with reactive dyes. When using Hoechst's Hostalan wool reactive dyes, the fixation rate and all dye fastness properties, as well as the even dyeing performance, are identical to Hoechst's Eganol GES fixative. It also enhances the dyeing properties when used with Lanasol, Verotix, and wool dyeing with cotton reactive dyes. It offers excellent even dyeing effects in medium dyes, weak acid dyes, neutral dyes, and metal complex dyes.

When used in conjunction with wool reactive dyes for dyeing, this leveling agent should be used at a rate of 1.5% (o.w.f), and ammonium sulfate is recommended as a buffer.

During dyeing with media dyes, the dosage of this leveling agent is 0.3~0.5% (o.w.f).

During dyeing with acidic dyes, the recommended dosage of this leveling agent is 0.5~0.7% (o.w.f).

During 1:1 metal complex dyeing, the sulfuric acid amount can be reduced by about 50%, with this even-dyeing agent used at a rate of 1.5% (o.w.f).

For 1:2 metal complex dyeing, the dosage of this leveling agent is 1% (o.w.f).
