Performance & Applications
This product is an excellent lubricant, industrial cleaner, and oil field emulsifier. It rinses easily and produces a large, lasting foam, making it suitable as a foam cleaner for vertical surfaces (such as the walls in meat packing plants or the interior of industrial boilers). It can be used in mild detergents that do not require boosters and is ideal for cleaning hard surfaces where strong alkaline cleaners cannot be used, without typically damaging painted surfaces or furniture finishes.
Used as a lubricant in metalworking fluid systems, it is recommended to add the stock solution at 2%-8%; for cleaning agent systems, the recommended stock solution addition is 3%-5%.
3. Used as an anti-caking agent in ammonium bicarbonate fertilizer, with a dosage of 1% to 2%.
