Performance and quality indicators of synthetic superplasticizers:
This product can react with unsaturated acids such as propionic acid and butyric anhydride. The resulting polycarboxylate superplasticizers offer high cost-performance, high water-reducing rate, good plasticity retention, and excellent durability.
High cost-performance ratio. Achieves a higher cost-performance ratio with the same water-reducing rate.
·Low admixture rate, high water-reducing rate. For a water-reducing agent mother liquid with a solid content of 20%, the admixture rate is 1.0% (of the cementitious material), achieving a water-reducing rate of 30-35%.
·Excellent plasticity. The concrete has minimal slump loss after 1 hour.
·Excellent durability. Significantly reduces water consumption and improves the durability of concrete.
