Performance & Applications
1. Widely used in the dyeing and finishing industry, serving as a leveling agent for direct,还原, acidic, dispersible, and cationic dyes. It can also act as a diffuser and desizing agent. Generally used at a concentration of 0.2~1g/L, it yields excellent results, enhancing color fastness and providing vibrant, even coloring. It also removes dirt that accumulates on fabrics from dye dispersion, improves the cleaning power of ABS-Na synthetic detergents, and reduces the electrostatic effect of fabrics.
2. As a cleaner in metal processing, it's particularly effective at removing surface oil, benefiting subsequent工序 processing. It can also serve as a solvent enhancer (brightener).
3. As an emulsifier in the glass fiber industry, it produces a fine and uniform lubricating oil emulsion, reducing the breakage rate of glass fibers, and preventing the occurrence of felting.
4. In general industry, serves as an o/w emulsifier with excellent emulsifying properties for animal, plant, and mineral oils, resulting in stable emulsions. For example, it is used as a component in spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; as an emulsifier in latex and oil drilling fluids; this product has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, mineral oil, etc.; it is also used as an emulsifier in the polymerization of high molecular weight emulsions.
5. In agriculture, as a seed-soaking penetrant, enhance the penetration ability of pesticides and the germination rate of seeds.
