Performance & Applications

1. Widely used in the dyeing and printing industry, serving as a leveling agent for direct,还原, acid, dispersible, and cationic dyes. It can also act as a diffuser and desizer. Typically used at a rate of 0.2~1g/L, it delivers excellent results, enhancing color fastness and providing vibrant, even coloration. It also removes dirt from dye particles on fabric, boosts the cleaning power of ABS-Na synthetic detergents, and reduces the fabric's static effect.

2. As a cleaner in metal processing, it is particularly effective in removing surface oil污, facilitating subsequent processing steps. It can also serve as a solvent enhancer (brightener).

3. As an emulsifier in the glass fiber industry, it produces a fine and uniform lubricating oil emulsion, reducing the breakage rate of glass fibers, and eliminating the occurrence of pilling.

4. In general industrial applications, serves as an o/w emulsifier with excellent emulsifying properties for animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, resulting in stable emulsions. For instance, it is used as an ingredient in spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; as an emulsifier in latex and oil drilling fluids; it demonstrates great emulsifying capabilities for stearic acid, paraffin, and mineral oils; and acts as an emulsifier for the polymerization of high molecular weight emulsions.

5. In agriculture, used as a seed-soaking penetrant to enhance the penetration ability of pesticides and improve seed germination rate.
