UHB Series Product Introduction

The UHB series corrosion and wear-resistant mortar pumps are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), boasting excellent corrosion resistance, superior wear resistance (leading among all plastics), and strong impact resistance. The pump features two sealing methods: oil seals and mechanical seals, allowing it to transport corrosive liquids containing fine particles, slurry with solid particles, and wastewater containing various impurities. It particularly excels in transporting corrosive liquids with fine particles and in handling mixed acids, electrolytic acids, dilute sulfuric acid, and concentrated alkalis.

This product is widely used in various liquid applications such as acids, bases, salts, oils, food and beverages, wines, etc. Specifically, it is used in: various acidic, alkaline, and saline liquids, as well as oils, in the chemical industry; various acidic solutions, slurry, pulp, electrolytes, and wastewater in the hydrometallurgy of the non-ferrous metallurgy industry; various wastewater treatments and desulfurization and dust removal in water treatment and environmental protection industries; and various processes such as acid pickling in the steel industry.
