The AH slurry pump is a commonly used horizontal slurry conveying equipment in the industrial field. It features a vertical center-split double casing structure, with the discharge outlet adjustable in angle through 45° rotations to accommodate different operating conditions. The pump is equipped with a cylindrical bearing assembly, supporting grease lubrication and easy overall disassembly for maintenance. The shaft seal can be chosen in three forms: packed gland, impeller seal, and mechanical seal. The transmission methods include six types: V-belt drive, flexible coupling, etc. The flow components are a combination of cast iron pump body and wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant rubber lining. Achieving efficient long-distance conveyance through variable speed design and multi-stage series connection, it significantly reduces operating costs. During operation, it is necessary to control the bearing cooling water temperature and the leakage amount of the packing seal, and prevent cavitation caused by improper adjustment of the inlet valve.
