ZJQ Series Product Introduction

The ZJQ series slurry pumps are widely used in industries such as mining, power, metallurgy, coal, and environmental protection for conveying abrasive slurry containing solid particles. Applications include slurry transportation in metallurgical beneficiation plants, hydraulic ash removal in thermal power plants, coal slurry and heavy medium transportation in coal washing plants, river channel dredging, and river sediment removal. In the chemical industry, they can also transport corrosive slurries containing crystals.

This product, in addition to the main page impeller, features an additional set of agitator blades at the bottom. These blades spray the settled sludge into a mixture of water and solid particles. This allows the pump to achieve high-concentration transfer without any auxiliary devices. The unique sealing device effectively balances the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, maintaining equal pressure at both ends of the mechanical seal, ensuring reliable operation and maximizing its service life. The motor can be equipped with additional protection devices such as water detection and overheating, according to customer requirements, enabling the product to operate safely under harsh working conditions for an extended period.
