The QW Submersible Sewage Pump is designed rationally, featuring a well-matched motor with high efficiency and significant energy-saving effects. It incorporates advanced foreign experience in high-efficiency and energy-saving non-clogging sewage pumps, combined with the technical strengths of our unit. Thanks to its unique single-channel impeller and dynamic seals using a pair of special material hard alloy mechanical seal devices, the motor is isolated by an oil chamber, offering non-clogging, high efficiency, and significant energy savings. The QW Submersible Sewage Pump features a large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design, significantly enhancing the pump's ability to pass solids. It can effectively pass fiber materials up to 5 times the pump's inlet diameter and solid particles with a diameter approximately 50% of the pump's inlet diameter. The mechanical seal employs a double-string sealing system, made of hard-wearing carbide tungsten, offering durability and wear resistance, ensuring the pump can safely and continuously operate for over 800 hours. The pump has a compact structure, small size, easy mobility, simple installation, and requires no pump house, operating directly submerged in water, greatly reducing construction costs.
